If you are a BankWest online/mobile banking user, you will receive a secure message, within online/mobile banking, containing your member ID and instructions on how to access credit monitoring online.
If you are not a BankWest online/mobile banking user, a BankWest eBanker will call you, at the phone number we have on file for you, to finalize enrollment. After your enrollment is finalized, we will send your ID TheftSmart member number and instructions on how to access credit monitoring online.
