Updated Online Banking Features
Periodic updates to our online banking technology not only improve the user experience, but also allow us to add security features and perform technology fixes. Most of the impact of the upcoming update takes place behind the scenes. However, you will notice a number of user enhancements.
Please be aware that you may experience slight lag times in online banking functionality as the update is being installed between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. CT on September 12.

MOBILE THUMB BAR IN THE APP
A Mobile Thumb Bar is the most visible new feature within mobile banking.
The bar, which enhances page navigation, resides in the space at the bottom of the screen. Unlike the former top-of-screen links provided on the home screen, the Mobile Thumb Bar remains at the bottom of the screen as you navigate to most other pages within the app.
ACTIVITY CENTER REDESIGN
The updated version of the Activity Center features:
- Transaction Detail cards that appear to the right of your transaction listing for easy viewing when you click on a transaction to view details.
- A Recurring Payment Icon to easily distinguish between one-time and recurring payments.
- A revised Search menu with a heart-shaped Favorites icon.
- Color Coding to identify the status of your transactions. Blue is pending. Yellow is drafted. Red is expired.
FOR BUSINESS: ACH PASS-THRU UPGRADES
Upgrades within the ACH area include:
- Users may now initiate multiple ACH file uploads at the same time.
- File sizes up to 12 MB are now supported.
- Once the initial file upload is complete, users may navigate away from the pass-thru page during file validation.
- Users can set an ACH pass thru status alert, as well as status triggers to send a text or email alert when a status changes.
- The addition of a Pass-Thru Upload Log allows users to view ACH history within the ACH Pass-Thru section of online banking.
- Enhanced Detail Links are now available.
