What is an eStatement?

An eStatement is your bank statement in an electronic format. It looks the same as your paper statement and is accessed through BankWest online banking. You can view it online, save it, and even print it if you wish.

How to Enroll:

  1. Log in to online or mobile banking.
  2. From the Main Menu, select Services>Statement Delivery Preferences.
  3. Click the Delivery Preference drop down arrow and select Electronic Statements.
  4. Your statement will be emailed to the address displayed. If you wish to update the email address for an account, do so in the Delivery Email Address box.
  5. Review and Accept the E-Statement Delivery Disclosure and click Submit.
